Blissfully set on the south coastline, nestled in the picturesque Plakias resort, just some steps away from the beach, beach bars & restaurants, Paligremnos Residences - a brand new complex with three Villas in total, each of them with separate facilities and private pools - will be the perfect haven for an indulgent recline by the beach. Each captivating home is embellished with a 20m2 private swimming pool (1,45 meters deep) and an outdoor shower. Grown-ups can lounge to their sun loungers before idling back for al fresco barbecues (Gas BBQ) under sunset skies. Each Villa features two wonderful bedrooms, one on the first floor with its own bathroom & the second one on the ground floor, allowing plenty of space and comfort for all. Paligremnos Residences take prime position in one of Rethymno’s most charming villages, Plakias with azure waters and rugged coastline create an enchanting destination for holidays beside the sea. Originally a very small and quiet fishing village, and it now offers a range of amenities, as well as is renowned for it’s natural beauty, providing all the facilities that a visitor could wish for. Along the main road of the village there are several supermarkets, bakeries, ATM machines, post office, a doctor’s office, restaurants, tavernas, cafes and beach bars while on the beach there are tamarisk trees, water sports, beach volley courts, snack bars and other shops offer a very wide range of products, including local and traditional goods.
