Our villa is situated in a beautiful garden with grass and towering palm trees, providing an environment for relaxation and rejuvenation. It consists of two appointed bedrooms feature king-size beds with fully orthopedic mattresses for ultimate comfort and relaxation. In the living room there is a large sectional sofa that provides comfort and convenience, whether for relaxation with a good book or a movie with family and friends. The sofa can become a bed for two adults to sleep comfortably. The fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare meals with ease and comfort, while our fully renovated bathroom offers a luxurious atmosphere with all the necessary amenities.

In the settlement, there are free parking spaces opposite the villa, available for our guests to park their vehicles. Parking is complimentary and designed not to inconvenience the passage of other residents of the settlement.
