An atmospheric renovated medieval two-storey stone house with a spacious terrace where you can enjoy your coffee or meal. Located in a small alleyway, very quiet, surrounded by similar houses and bougainvilleas, but also very close to the village piazza, where you can find a small convenience store, a renowned souvlaki place, a pharmacy and a natural water spring free for everyone to fill their bottles. The village, Kalamoti, is strategically placed close or relatively close to nice beaches or other interesting sights of the southern part of Chios, and also to the main streets that lead to other, more distant places in the north or the east of the island, so it's great for those who like to explore (do visit the Mastic Museum, a few minutes away by car) . The residence itself is clean, neat and tidy, with lots of spaces (beds, couches) to sleep or lie down, a fully equipped kitchen and a washing machine, two air conditioners - one for each floor, both of them silent new (A+++), with an ambient temperature. We have installed a keybox with a combination lock, so you can enter and leave without us being there. There is always some parking space (free) in the roads around the house, even in high season.

Κοντά στο χωριό της Καλαμωτής βρίσκεται η παραλία της Κώμης, μια από τις πιο κοσμοπολίτικες παραλίες του νησιού. Άλλοι αξιόλογοι προορισμοί που μπορείτε να επισκεφθείτε σε κοντινή απόσταση είναι οι παραλίες Μαύρα Βόλια, Αγία Δύναμη, Βρουλίδια και το χωριό Πυργί το οποίο μοιάζει να είναι βγαλμένο από άλλη εποχή, πολλοί το παρομοιάζουν με κέντημα, ζωγραφιστό χωριό. Το σπίτι είναι σε μια ήσυχη γειτονιά, ενός μεσαιωνικού παραδοσιακού χωριού. Αξίζει να το περπατήσετε για να το ανακαλύψετε. Για να μετακινηθείτε με μεγαλύτερη ευκολία και πιο οικονομικά, εκτός του χωριού προκειμένου να επισκεφθείτε κι άλλες περιοχές, σας συστήνουμε να νοικιάσετε αμάξι ή μηχανή διότι τα μέσα μαζικής μεταφοράς δςν εχουν συχνα δρομολόγια. Αλλιώς μπορείτε να χρησιμοποιήσετε τις υπηρεσίες των ταξί, το κόστος τους κυμαίνεται σε φυσιολογικά πλαίσια.
