It is ideal for 4 people as it has 2 ensuite bedrooms, a spacious well equipped kitchen and living room. All areas are air-conditioned and the house itself is sunbathed the most of the day. The outdoor space and the pool are very well cared and offer spectacular sea views.

Patrikata is one of the most mountainous villages of Kefalonia, built at an altitude of 600m and in the lush green of olive and cypress trees and oak bushes. The traditional houses of the village are very well-kept with beautiful yards and lots of flowers. In Patrikata do not miss Kapilio, a traditional taverna where every meal is homemade by the owner who uses high quality raw materials. Rosie's Kitchen Bar Cafe is situated in walking distance from the villa in the neighboring village called Karia.
