- The hotel reserves the right to levy additional charges for undeclared children in a reservation.

All Inclusive Program exceptions:

- The all-inclusive programme consists of locally produced beverages. Branded beverages are available at extra charge

- Aurora a la carte Restaurant is not part of the All-Inclusive program and is always at extra charge

- All-inclusive programme finishes at 00:00 midnight. Standard prices shall apply after midnight.

Accessibility:

- Porto Angeli is not accessible / recommended for guests with mobility issues and wheelchair users.

Seasonality:

- Operation of certain departments are subject to weather conditions and the hotel’s occupancy level. Kindly contact the property in order to check opening and closing dates of food and beverage outlets during the beginning and end of the season.

Important Information regarding credit / debit card payments:

- Kindly note the card used to make your reservation as well as the cardholder associated with the card will need to be present during the check in process. Failure to do so will entitle the hotel to request alternative payment methods or decline the reservation.

- When company cards are used, the cardholder and the card will need to be physically present upon check in.

- Company cards with the company name used as the cardholder name, can no longer be accepted as a valid payment method.
