Petropoulakis Tower is set in a restored centuries-old tower house, which stands on top of a hill. With commanding views of Lakonikos Gulf and Mount Parnon and Mount Taygetos, the family-run guest house features an outdoor pool. Only 3.5 km from Gythion, Petropoulakis Tower serves as a perfect base from which to explore Mani’s coastal villages, pristine beaches and towers. Petropoulakis Tower rooms feature wooden beamed roofs and bright-coloured walls. Each is equipped with air conditioning and heating, and has a minibar, safe and satellite TV. Balconies offer views over olive groves, forests, mountains and sea. Hearty breakfast and dinner are prepared with home-grown, organic ingredients. There is a traditional organic food store on site. Guests can learn how to make olive-oil soap, prepare traditional spoon-sweets and bake bread in an original wood-fired oven. A TV lounge, and café bar with fireplace are available to guests.
