This charming house, is part of a small and private development (7 houses), traditionally built with stone, all located on the top of the rocky bay of Koundouros. It is the heart of the very unique windmill scenery of Koundouros Bay. The house is ideal for romantic getaways and couples who want tranquility, direct access to the sea, while having the possibility to explore the island’s history and hidden beaches The house is within walking distance of the pebble beach of the bay and a dive away from the crystal blue waters just below the house. This house is decorated with taste and style and has all the amenities and comforts for you to have a memorable stay. The house has an independent entrance from the side, cozy living room, 2 corner sofas with very comfortabe pillows, dining table, fully equipped kitchen with an oven, refrigerator and a washing machine, one bedroom with a king size bed, one bathroom with a shower. Outside there is a large terrace with an amazing sea view and direct access to the rock platform below. 1 large stone sofa for 8 people with comfortable white pillows, one large umbrella for 6 people, 1 external shower .

Koundouros is well known for its beaches. There are three organized beaches, with umbrellas and sunbeds. Koundouraki has water sports and scuba diving. 2 of the organized beaches have restaurants and one has a snack bar. At Pisses about 7 minutes by car there are 2 more restaurants and a mini market.
