Built 2021 the Rock is the only villa in the front line of the "Mandrakia" in Ermioni that not only has a direct connection to the sea but also has a garden and jacuzzi. You need no car for super market while enjoying the tranquility of a luxury villa. There are cafes & restaurants laying all the way down the road starting just 50m from the villa. Order coffee or breakfast from them home delivery and chill in the jacuzzi with a sea-view! Another great feature is that boat owners/renters can park their yacht in front of the villa. There are public charging pillars with access to water and electricity. If you don't have a boat but interested in boat day-trips, get in touch to learn more about our boat trips. There are several beaches few minutes drive away, we will provide you with more info on this. The villa is fully equipped for a perfect stay. There are towels, fresh linen, toiletries, hair dryers, regular cleaning. The kitchen has a fridge/freezer, a hob, an oven, a kettle, an electric juice squeezer, a dishwasher and a microwave. Also fully equipped with all the necessary utensils and cutlery for dining-in. The house is a perfect place to relax and offers a television and internet access. There are 3 bedrooms, can comfortably sleep 6. There's a double sofa-bed in the living room where another 2 people can sleep for an extra Є50/person/night can be payable on site at arrival if not with the booking. In all bedrooms there's a built-in wardrobe & en-suite bathroom with shower, sink & toilet. All bedrooms have access to either sea-view balcony, veranda or garden. Pets allowed only after our confirmation, disinfection fee 80 euros per stay applies. The villa is locate in the Mandrakia, where many tavernas, cafes can be found. Visiting Porto Heli, Spetses or Hydra island are a great idea even on a short stay due to the short distance.
