This modern Loft is located in front of the beach and offers stunning sea view from its private balcony. The interior (renovated in 2022) features contemporary design and allows for plenty of sun light. The Loft area is 45sqm and consists of a living room, a dining area with fully equipped kitchen with appliances, private bathroom and a bedroom area. The location allows easy access to the beautiful beaches of the area, as well as to a variety of restaurants and shops.

Myself and Giannis are a young couple from Greece, living in the Netherlands since 2016. Giannis was born and raised in Nea Roda and he loves the place and its people! We both enjoy spending our vacation time in Greece and in Nea Roda, where we have family and friends! As we live abroad most time of the year and we also travel to other places, our cozy Sea View Loft is ready to welcome vacationers and contribute to an unforgettable experience in the area!!

The apartment is located in a great spot: - Literally in front of the beach - Vivid neighborhood with free parking - Bakery and super market within 5' walking distance - Bus station within 10' walking distance. Nea Roda is reachable: 1. By car (1 hour and 30 minutes from the city of Thessaloniki and SKG airport) 2. By bus (2 hours from the Chalkidiki Bus station in Thessaloniki) Transportation in the village is very easy when on foot! Alternatively you can use a bike or a car. Transportation to the nearby areas and villages is feasibly either by car or even by bus.
