This genuine stone house is located in Kamares Bay, the port on Sifnos Island. It has been fully restored and renovated to maintain its original cycladic architectural style while providing all modern amenities. There is also one garden shower, which is ideal for a quick shower after swimming. It has a smart TV in the living room, washing machine, dishwasher, fully equipped kitchen, high speed WiFi, hairdryer, linen & towels, iron, amenities. It includes a parking lot. The plot includes a separate tiny house for two people, built in 2023 next to my family's original stone house. It was constructed with high-quality natural materials and designed to honor traditional cycladic architecture. The spacious terrace is ideal for a romantic dinner and relaxing while watching the sunset over the sea. It has one bedroom with two single beds that can be joined to form a double bed without any gaps. There is lots of storage space in the shelving unit, chest of drawers, and wardrobe. The house is equipped with fully functional kitchen, comfortable couch, air-conditioning, dishwasher, laundry machine, stovetop & Oven, refrigerator, kitchenware, hairdryer, linen & towels, iron, ameninities, cleaning products -TV, and High speed wifi. *PLEASE NOTE: The bathroom (shower and wc), is located right outside the tiny house, maintaining its original set up. It has a beautiful terrace with panoramic view of the sea and the sunset.

Kamares Bay is a charming village with a stunning "blue flag" sand beach. The village is ideal for spending quality time on vacation. You can enjoy delicious traditional food, which is one of Sifnos' most well-known features, at seaside tavernas and restaurants. Kamares has stores that sell traditional pottery, supermarkets, and other small shops. You can also rent a car, take the bus or walk to the well-marked paths that lead to other villages and locations and enjoy the beautiful scenery of Sifnos. Kamares is just 5 kilometers from the island's capital, Apollonia.
