A 60 m2 on the 2nd floor of a building situated on the beach of Benitses.
1 master bedroom with a double bed and a second bedroom with 2 single rooms .
There is also a main sitting room together with the equipped kitchen. All rooms have access to the balcony with beautiful seaviews
There is one big size bathroom with tub
The house is located about 500 m from the center of Benitses and the recently built Marina
In front of the house is a bus stop of the blue line local bus and many shops and restaurants
