The cosy one-bedroom house features an open living room, kitchen, and dining area with two sofas that can be converted into sofa beds. The space is equipped with air conditioning, a TV and mosquito nets for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Guests will also enjoy a fully equipped kitchen with essential supplies and coffee-making equipment. There is also a private bathroom with a bathtub/shower, and convenient laundry facilities with an outdoor drying rack. What truly sets us apart is our commitment to high standards of cleanliness, as highlighted by many guest reviews, and the warm hospitality we provide. We live in a separate house within the same yard, ensuring privacy through a screened patio and thoughtful design, while remaining available for any guest needs. We are ideally situated between Kavala, where you can find museums, restaurants, and entertainment options, and Keramoti, a charming seaside destination with stunning beaches and lively beach bars. Both are easily accessible, making it simple for guests to enjoy the best of both worlds. I speak Greek and Russian, and while my English is limited, I always do my best to communicate with kindness and a warm heart. My daughter assists with guest communications, so if there's anything I don’t quite understand, she’ll quickly relay your request to me. Together, we work hard to ensure that you have a smooth and relaxing holiday. I also want to make sure you feel completely at ease during your stay. We are respectful of your privacy and ensure that you have your own space to relax and unwind. While we are available to help with anything you need, we always give our guests the peace and privacy they deserve. Whenever possible, I love sharing little thoughtful gestures with my guests—whether it’s a complimentary beverage, some fruits and vegetables from our garden, or even a taste of a special dish I’ve cooked. While I can’t promise these things every time, I always do my best to make you feel welcome and cared for. It’s a great place to pick up fresh produce or enjoy a cup of coffee, while sampling authentic Greek food and treats, giving you a real taste of local life. Beyond the village, there’s much to explore. In the city of Kavala, just a short drive away, you can visit the Archaeological Museum, wander through the ancient castle, or take in the picturesque old town. The city also boasts an array of restaurants serving fresh seafood and traditional Greek dishes. To the east, Keramoti is another lovely destination. With beautiful sandy beaches, beach bars, and a relaxed atmosphere, it’s perfect for a day of sun.
