Away from street noise and dust, in a quiet location of a house development, just a few steps away from the sea through private stairs and only 10 minutes on foot from the village center, where you can find all commodities (all day beach bars, traditional taverns, water sports, supermarket, coffee and pastry shops, bakeries, fish and meat markets). The beach in front of the house has fine sand and the sea deepens slowly. Till late October, hikers can enjoy a walk in the paths on the hill nearby and enjoy the nature.
