Skiathea Villas is a luxury complex of villas, located in Agia Paraskevi. It is 1 km far from the sea and 0,5 km far from the central road of Skiathos (track road). Villa A offers 3 detached rooms, a spacious "open" sitting area, with great sea views and a private pool. All rooms are apartment style with a mini fridge, double bed, bathroom, air-condition, safe deposit box, bathroom amenities, HI-FI stereo and Flat Smart TV. There is also a living room (sofa bed for two persons), a modern kitchen (with a fridge, Nespresso coffee machine and microwave). Villa B consists of two separate suites with a spacious "open" patio (sitting/dining area) in front of a private pool (50 s.m.). Each suite is a luxury appartment style with a mini fridge, bedroom with double bed, bathroom, air-condition, safe deposit box, bathroom amenities, HI-FI stereo, Flat Smart TV. Villa C offers 3 detached rooms, a spacious "open" sitting area, with great sea views and a private pool. All rooms are apartment style with double bed, bathroom, air-condition, safe deposit box, bathroom amenities,. There is also a living room, a modern kitchen (with a fridge, Nespresso coffee machine and microwave). Every Villa has a breathtaking view to the infinite blue sea and all the shades of green nature. The unique huge trees of Skiathos (pinus pineas) embrace the whole complex of Skiathea Villas. The private pool of each Villa is ready to offer you unique moments of relaxation and pleasure.
I love my island, its natural beauties and its people. The feeling of relaxation and serenity that I feel every time I visit it, I would like to convey it to my guests while staying on the island. Social, docile, passionate about what I do and humorous in order to cope with everyday life. I love football and sports in general and enjoy the conversations with good company and a glass of good wine!
Skiathea Villas is located between Agia Paraskevi and Troulos areas. Besides the two nearest exquisite and fully organized beaches, there are a lot of tavernas and restaurants for all tastes as well as mini markets for your supplies.
