The villas have been built in 2017 according to the specifications of bioclimatic design with environmentally friendly materials. It is located at the top of the hill of an amazing location with view of the sea. The entire resort is only 300m away from the beach which has been awarded with “Blue” flag. Additionally, “Saint Sofia”, a 5th A.C century Christians’ church is at a very close distance. The residence is characterised by its modern and simple design while it combines the elegance and the aesthetics that promise a relaxed and carefree stay for dreamed holidays. The ground floor has an elegant and comfortable sitting room near the fireplace and a spacious terrace where you can rest while you enjoy the breathtaking view of the endless sea, the mountains, the village and a 35sqm private swimming pool. Moreover, the villa has a fully equipped kitchen and toilette. Outside each villa, there is a beautiful garden with a variety of Cretan plants that offer the most joyful sense of smell.

About the village Panormo is a small picturesque village at the North shore of Crete, 20km away from Rethymno. It is a traditional Cretan village with small streets and sandy beaches. Panormo offers a great experience at the spectacular nature and the idyllic environment and it is the ideal place for peaceful holidays. If you wish to go swimming to a more quiet place, you can go to the West of Panormo where you will find small and isolated bights where you can enjoy your bath. Additionally, it is possible to go on short cruises to the surrounding beaches that are organized at the marine. At the village you can find anything you might need. Super-markets, cafeterias and traditional taverns with a view to the marine are in a close distance from the villas. Information about the beach The two beaches of Panormo, “Limni” and “Marine” are located at 300m from our facilities. The beaches are sandy, clean and organized with diving centers that can offer you a variety of water sports and other activities.
