Newly renovated 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, first floor apartment. Sleeps up to 4. Spitaki is set in the quiet northern corner of Potos, less than 1 minute walk to the secluded Malama beach and 5 minutes walk into the centre of the Potos. The ground floor apartment is perfect for families with small children as you have no stairs and direct access the beautiful outdoor space. At Spitaki you will have the use of a separate lounge room, full kitchen, wireless internet, smart TV, Bluetooth speaker and Netflix. We provide all bedding and linen, including beach towels, toiletries and a hairdryer so you can travel light or make extra room in your suitcase for your vacation wardrobe. You also have full access to the shaded courtyard where you can relax as you eat breakfast, cool off after a day at the beach and enjoy your evening tsipouro. The ceilings are traditional height in the ground floor apartment and people taller than 6 ft may find the ceilings comfortable but a little low.

Angelo will personally meet and greet all guests on arrival. He will show you around to Spitaki (the first floor apartment), the outdoor space, little potos beach and anywhere else in Potos you like! Angelo spends summers in Potos. He was born and raised in Thassos, where much of our family still live, before he and my grandparents immigrated to Melbourne in the 1960's so he has lots of local knowledge and stories from the old days. Angelo will be available as much or as little as you would like, whether you just want local coffee recommendations or want to share a bottle of ouzo at the taverna! As a minimum we will welcome you to our little house. Need a ride from the ferry boat? For a fee, we also provide transfer on arrival at the port for up to 4 people so you can begin to relax as soon as you leave home. Please advise us of the time your ferry departs from the mainland and destination the day before your arrival. If you require a transfer to the port on departure this can be arranged for an additional fee.

We are located in one of the most sought after locations in Potos! Our neighbours are quiet and friendly, especially the local cats. Only 5 minutes walk away from the bustling heart of Potos you will pass local bakeries and shops selling everything you can think of on your way or your way to the beach, cafes, restaurants and bars. Supermarkets and pharmacies are less than a 6 minute walk away and there is even a doctor at the end of the street. Almost everything you will need for your holiday is less than 10 min walk from spitaki. Ask us for recommendations for everything from hire cars to hairdressers!
