A 1935 building, gently renovated by our family, preserving the style of the old times, with all the modern amenities and all the benefits to make you feel comfortable and enjoy your vacation. It has 2 bedrooms for 6 people to sleep in comfortably. The 1st bedroom has a big double bed, while the 2nd bedroom is a 1930’s traditional 2 floor bedroom, with 2 independent double beds. In addition, the house has 2 bathrooms, a large lounge with dining area and a balcony overlooking the old town. Its fully equipped kitchen features a wine preserver with a large variety of Greek and local Cretan wines for lovers of the genre. On the terrace of the accommodation, there is a large rooftop garden fully equipped for enjoying the sun while having a drink or having breakfast, roasting in the barbecue for lunch and all the above, while enjoying the view of the Castle of Forteza and the beauty of the old town. The house is equipped with smart home technology and is fully covered with high quality WLAN (wifi). The lighting and the air-condition system can totally be controlled by a tablet which is available in the house.

Everything you need is just right on your door, bar, cafes restaurants, shops. The famous beach of Rethymno is just 500m away, while in a few minutes’ walk you can visit all the historical sites, like the Venetian port, the Venetian fortress and the Archeological museum.
