The villa is located in the beautiful neighbourhood area of Kounoupitsa, 10min walk (800m) from the center of Spetses town and only 7min walk (600m) from the popular Kaiki beach, which makes it ideal for those who want to combine nice walks in town of Spetses, but also easy and convenient access to the beach. Cars are not allowed on Spetses island! It’s ideal for walking, while you can always rent a motorbike or even better a bicycle. Free parking space is available in front of the property for bikes. Additionally, you can move around by bus, taxi, horse carriage or even by sea taxi.
