Sunstone Villa is a stunning double-storey property situated within the traditional hamlet of Gournes Pediados, 15 km east of Heraklion. Through its interior décor this property first impresses the guest with its stone arcades and wooden ceiling joists, reminiscent of traditional Cretan metokhia, at the same time providing all modern comforts. On the ground floor, its fully equipped, tastefully decorated kitchen ties in harmoniously with the overall style of the property. The dining room and living room boast of separate exits thus providing the guest with the opportunity to enjoy the sweeping view and calm that the exterior spaces afford. A WC/utility room is located on the ground floor. An internal staircase with 17 steps leads to the first floor, where abundant natural light flows into every room; the property boasts of numerous windows and a balcony/terrace with views of the sea and the mountains.
