The 5X11 m private swimming pool, is situated for relaxation and enjoyment of the amazing views and sunsets. The entrance of the upper level leads to a spacious living room, dining area, fully equipped kitchen,WC and to private verandas. The living room is amply furnished, has ceiling fan, A/C, flat TV, blue ray DVD and blue tooth HI-FI. In the same level there is the master bedroom with en suite facilities. The stairway leads to another living room, 1 bedroom with en suite facilities and the other bedroom with bathroom, all with access to private terraces and pool area. On the same level there is the 1 bedroom-guest house with en suite facilities, sofa, kitchenette, also with access to private terrace and pool area. The private swimming pool of 5X11 m. is 5 steps below and offers a 380 sq.m. private area perfect for enjoy the stunning surroundings.

We built our house there because the land is privileged. It is near Parikia and at the edge of the hill so to enjoy privacy. Above all, its stunning view made us take the final decision. The view is panoramic as it overlooks the magnificent blue Aegean, its islands and the beautiful landscape of the island itself. Last but not least the sandy beaches are very close. Two years ago we started having our house renovated and furnished it with high standard materials and ideas. Our aim was that you would feel the luxury and the calmness needed in your vacations. When you will be visiting our home, your senses will be embraced by the sea breeze, the touch of the sun, the wideness of the blue sea, the smell of rosemary. You will also feel happy with the most romantic sunsets you ever experienced with unexpected colors.
