Welcome to our cozy retreat in the heart of Benitses! Inside, you'll find a bright and peaceful space — perfect for couples, solo travelers, or small families. The bedroom features a comfortable king size bed with quality linens, ensuring a restful sleep. The fully-equipped kitchen includes a fridge, stove, microwave and all the cookware and utensils you might need to prepare your own meals. The living area is cozy and practical, with a small dining table, WiFi (50Mbps/5Mbps), air conditioning, ceiling fans in each room, plus an electric radiator for cooler days. Outside, you can enjoy your coffee or meals in the private patio while soaking in the village atmosphere. You'll also find extras, like USB cables (B, C, Lightning, etc.), AA/AAA batteries, power strips (including one with a non-EU adapters) and a washing machine. A lockbox by the entrance offers secure and flexible access. Quiet hours are 15:00–17:30 & 23:00–07:00. We kindly ask you to smoke on the exterior area. We're always just a message away! Please note: There is a small raised step at the entrance to the bathroom. While it is clearly visible, we kindly advise guests to be mindful, to avoid any accidental trips. 8 euros  / night climate resilience fee (TAKK) payable per night is included in the price. P.S. Due to a recent damage to the outdoor area on the side of the house, we had to remove part of the railing. Please be careful in that spot until new ones are installed.

The home is located in the traditional Old Village of Benitses, just a short walk from tavernas, cafés, bakeries, mini markets, the beach and many more. Whether you're here to explore the island, relax by the sea, or simply enjoy the charm of Corfu, our home offers comfort, convenience, and a touch of local character. There's also public parking just 2 minutes away on foot. From time to time, you may notice a few friendly kittens in the neighborhood. If you're traveling with pets, just be sure they're not left outside unattended, especially under strong sun. The house is accessed via 7 steps in total.
