This is our secret, "private" walkway to the wild pebble beach, or if you are adventurous up into the mountains. Out of the summer season we organize and host workshops in permaculture, natural building, children circus weeks, programs for underprivileged youth, yoga retreats and Thai massage courses. Welcome to our charming split-level villa, The Masseria, located just 700m from the sea in one of the remaining unspoiled areas of Rhodes. Immerse yourself in nature and Greek tradition while enjoying the comforts of our unique rural oasis. Hosting up to 23 people, it is perfect for friends, couples, families, large groups, events, outdoor adventurers, and surfers. We are a family-run eco-agrotourism and invite you to freely pick all you can eat from our freshly created permaculture garden. The spacious villa features two whole-floor apartments (each 150m2 3 bedroom 2 bath), and 4 garden studios with ensuite bathrooms and full kitchenettes. The apartments feature an open space layout with a large living/dining area, chef´s kitchen, large balconies on 3 sides with sea/mountain/pool/garden views, free super fast Wifi (STARLINK), washing machine, large wardrobes in all bedrooms, fireplace. The first apartment is on the ground floor and there is a small staircase with 7 steps to reach the entrance. The second apartment is on the 1st floor and there is a staircase with 25 steps to reach the entrance. All studios have private bathroom, full kitchenette with all essentials, dining table, private terrace with garden view, free super fast Wifi (STARLINK). The 4 studios have access to a free shared washing machine and utility sink. All studios are on the ground floor. Surf equipment rinse station and drying space available at no extra cost.

Outdoor shared spaces include the 16m 360 degree infinity pool (210cm deep at one end, 100cm deep at the other), poolside charcoal BBQ and outdoor kitchen, wood pizza oven, shady pergola, 1000m2 "Turtle Garden" (a peaceful place with hammocks, hanging chairs, yoga space, and an olive grove view). There is enough free parking for all guests. With a rental car you can enjoy all that Rhodes has to offer, and we recommend it. By car our location gives easy access to the nearby ancient ruins of Kameiros and the traditional tavernas of the local villages, as well as the entire 80kmx40km island. Within 800m by foot you will find a supermarket, pharmacy, pebble beach, sand surf beach, the local harbour, two treat-loving donkeys on the way to the beach, a few goats, and a lot of olive trees. Just 3km away is the traditional village of Soroni with friendly people, good tavernas and all the things you might need.
