The property is not just a place for us, it is a place where emotions are created, and we want to create beautiful emotions for your guests while making sure we give the best memories to them.

Unique Luxury Traditional House in the Center of Spetses Exceptional place for family vacations or for friends who want to relax on a beautiful island. Its location is unique as it is a 10-minute away from the island center that you can find banks, supermarket, pharmacy etc. Ideal getaway all year round enjoying the Greek summer atmosphere, the tranquility of autumn and the multicolored of spring. It is a traditional two-level mansion fully renovated in 2019 quiet, comfortable, bright, airy surrounded by a lush garden. It consists of one bedroom with a double bed and two bedrooms with two single beds, a fully equipped kitchen, a large lounge with sofa, a spacious bathroom with shower, a WC, air conditioning, TV and Wi-Fi. The house is naturally ventilated by the sea breeze from the front windows of the house. Its total area is 120 sqm. and is ideal for 6 people. At the front of the house you will find an exquisite courtyard with a unique stone mosaic that you can enjoy your coffee or your drink and on the upper level a beautiful terrace that joins the bedrooms. Another unique feature of the house is its palm tree which consider as the tallest on the island!!

In Spetses there are so many beautiful blue beaches, most of them are organized with sun beds. However, there are many others on the perimeter of the island that can only be accessed by sea or by foot. Also, there are several small or large caves on the perimeter of the island. On the island you will find many shops, restaurants, taverns, cafes and bars where you can buy and enjoy many local products. There are many ways to get to Spetses. From the port of Piraeus, there are daily flights to Spetses with Flying Dolphins and Catamaran, which carry only passengers. Ships depart from Gate D and the journey takes approximately two (2) hours. By car the journey from Athens to Spetses (Costa) is approximately three (3) hours following the signs to Epidaurus. At Epidaurus Junction there are signs to Spetses (Costa). From there you can reach the island either by Ferry Boat or by traditional boats or by sea taxi. We remind you that car traffic in Spetses is prohibited.
