I was born and raised in Heraklion, where I started my professional life and my family too. At 2017 me and my family decided to build a get-away house, to spend some relaxing time all together, host friends and family. But in the meanwhile the one house we've planned became two...Now I am glad to have two similar houses for you to choose where you want to stay. The first one is looking at Gouves village and the second at sea and the olive groves. Both houses build to cater to our needs for peace of mind and quality time, as well as the needs of two young children to be entertained and safe. I love spending time with my family(close and extended) and friends, hosting dinners and inviting people over. Also I would be more than happy to accommodate you, your family and/or your friends. At your arrival, you will find me and my wife in the house to welcome you, willing to show you arround and explain everything about it. I love travelling, playing sports and going on short trips to the beautiful Cretan countryside. As a family we also play a lot of board games, we cycle and we love swimming. The maisonettes are located in a quiet neighbourhood in Gouves, only 500 metres from the main village square where the taverns and the bakery are located while a mini market and a hair salon are within walking distance (2 min). The nearest beach is 2-3 km from the premises. But once you are on the road, you can choose among dozens of beautiful beaches waiting for you to explore if you are willing to drive (or take the bus) there. Heraklion, the major city in our area, where you can visit Knossos and many other historical sights, as well as museums, is a 15 minutes drive. Also, Hersonissos and Mallia, where you will find intense nightlife are a 15-20 minutes drive. If you decide to rent a car, you should know that there is parking space by the house. Otherwise, you should know that there are frequent bus lines, connecting the village to Heraklion, the airport, local beaches and other sights. The bus stop is about 1 km away from the house.
