Property information

This property has passed from generation to generation. it's full of wonderful memories and we have taken good care of it throughout the years. Despite the modern aesthetics we decided to maintain parts of the property's character such as the mosaic floor in kitchen, hall and balcony and the wooden floors in the living room and bedroom areas. The Thess1home team took care of the renovation, in collaboration with an experienced construction firm. The flats are of high quality and aesthetics, completed with manufacturing excellence. In our flats you will find among others, air conditioning units of 24 and 16 KBTU, heating panels, Masterlock check-in system, high speed internet 50mbps, smart 4KTV 50", free Netflix service, USB plugs, armored door, LED lighting, anatomic mattresses with memory foam, coco-mat bed linen and towels. Our choices reflect our passion for comfort, hygiene and environmentally friendly practices.

Neighbourhood information

Faliro is a colorful neighborhood near the city center. Along the streets you will discover hidden museums, old carpentries, one of the city's oldest theaters "Radio City", villas from the historic suburbs of Thessaloniki and a lot more depending on your adventurous mood. Among the above rises the awarded urban regeneration project of the city's waterfront "Nea Paralia". There you may enjoy a long walk along the coastline on foot or bike and discover the thematic gardens and projects that take place throughout the year. Supermarkets, restaurants, cafés, gym and all kind of shops are just 100 meters from the building. The bus stop "Faliro" is just 100 meters away with very frequent bus routes to the city center which is just 1 km away.
