Tree Olive, is not just another apartment, as you will usually find in Athens. It is on the 2nd/top floor of a modern building, with plenty of available free parking space infront of it. This rare & luxurious apartment is beautifully decorated and furnished with high quality comfortable furniture. The decoration and furnishing was done by my wife who is an interior decorator. The apartment is fully equiped with all the amenities you might need. In front of the apartment is a treeded area and at late night and early morning hours you can hear amazing birds sounds.

It's a beautiful, small and safe neighborhood , very close to the city centre. It is different from most other areas, because there are no high buildings. From the nearby metro station, it takes 5-8 minutes to the centre of Athens, Syntagma square, Acropolis, Parthenon, Plaka, Monastiraki etc. Close to the apartment, you will find everything you need within walking distance. Mini market that operates 24/7, large supermarket, ATM, deli, bakery, pattiserie, fruit & vegetables pharmacy, playground, summer open cinema and a variety of cafe', music bar, wine bar, grillhouse, restaurants, pizzeria. There is also a public tennis court nearby. One metro station away, about 1,5 km distance, is one of the largest Athens shopping malls, with cinemas, cafe', restaurants etc. Next to the shopping mall, there is a bowling centre which has pool tables as well. A few months of the year, on Thursdays, from morning until early afteroon, operates a fresh fruit and vegetable open market on the street. The sea and beaches are not far from the apartment. It takes about 20 min with a car or taxi. You can also go there with public transportation(bus, metro & tram)
