Set within a sprawling 2000m² estate adorned with 600 m² of lush artificial lawn, Varimpo Villa is a sanctuary of refined outdoor living. Indulge in the serenity of a 35 m² infinity pool (non heated) and a 50 m² private heated swimming pool (can be heated with an extra fee), with waterfall and six-seater hydromassage, complemented by gazebos, sun beds, hammocks, umbrellas, and an eight-seater hot tub (up to 35°C). A detached playroom and wellness pavilion elevate the experience, with a PlayStation 5, sauna, massage room and a gym. Spanning an expansive indoor area of 400 m² across two thoughtfully designed floors. Its eight bedrooms, accommodate up to 18 guests in real beds, while four en-suite and two shared bathrooms ensure convenience and privacy. Outdoor Pool Heating Policy: 
- 50 m² Pool Temperature | Heating temperature could vary up to 26°C subject to the outdoor weather conditions. - Preferred Months | Pool is typically used during the months March - Mid June & October, November. - Advance Notice | 2 days’ notice prior arrival is mandatory for the pool to reach the optimal temperature.
- Additional Fees | 80euros/day - Booking Duration | Pool heating is exclusively bookable for the entire stay, at the cumulative cost as outlined above.
- Weather Conditions | When the outside temperature is above 25 °C or in case of rain it shall not operate. Kindly note that a pool cover is not available.

Spanning an expansive indoor area of 400 m² across two thoughtfully designed floors, Varimpo Villa is a sanctuary of comfort, leisure, and wellness. Its eight thoughtfully appointed bedrooms, each with deluxe bedding, accommodate up to 18 guests in real beds, while four en-suite and two shared bathrooms ensure convenience and privacy. *Climate Resilience Fee 15,00euros/night/villa tax (subject to change) isn’t included in booking prices. It must be paid in euros at check-in to your Host.
