A large vibrant garden, olive trees, a swimming pool, a sun terrace with sun loungers and umbrellas, a shaded ping-pong area, BBQ facilities and a protected dining area – all guarantee that our guests will enjoy their stay to the maximum! The interior is minimally decorated in shabby chic style and neutral tones to promote relaxation. It comprises of a fully equipped kitchen, a living area, a dining area and 2 bedrooms; the master bedroom has one king size bed and an en-suite bathroom with both a shower and a bathtub. The twin bedroom has 2 single beds and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. Facilities include among others: WiFi Internet, secure on-site parking, 24-hour CCTV on the property’s exterior entrance, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine and TFT home cinema with satellite TV. The property is eco-friendly (energy efficient electric appliances, led light bulbs throughout, double glazing, low-flow water taps).

Villa Evanna is situated in south Corfu, in the picturesque village of Lefkimmi which is transcended by a beautiful river. Endless green landscapes, countless olive groves, amazing beaches and other, unique, natural sceneries such as Cape Arkoudilas and Lake Korission complete the breathtaking natural environment of the area. The nearest beach where you can enjoy a swim in the Ionian Sea is only a 6-minute walk from the premises. Within a 10km radius you will find numerous beaches for all tastes – popular with beach bars, water sports and happenings, organized with sunbeds but more quiet, isolated, nudist. Within walking distance from the villa you can find restaurants, cafes, convenience stores and other shops. Various sorts of activities are offered in the area such as horse-riding, canoeing and wind-surfing. A cruise day-trip to the paradisiac islands of Paxos and Antipaxos is a must! Embark on your trip from Lefkimmi port which is only 1.2 km away from the villa. Last but not least, the Old Town of Corfu is set at 40 km away but it is certainly worth the drive! It constitutes a UNESCO World Heritage Site and has its roots in the 8th century BC.
