They cater to families, couples, and remote workers seeking a scenic escape. Lydia Suite: A Deluxe Suite with Sea View located on the first floor.(NO HOT TUB!) Leto Suite: A Suite with a Hot Tub situated on the second floor. Both suites are located in a prime area that overlooks the Venetian port and palm beach, with easy access to the best local entertainment, including cafes, restaurants, and bars. The elegant architecture of the historic building is enhanced by modern, functional touches from the recent renovation, harmonizing with the stunning natural landscape of the island. The Leto Suite features exclusive access to a beautiful terrace with a jacuzzi and dining facilities, available from May 1st to October 15th, weather permitting. We are happy to accommodate access to the terrace and jacuzzi outside of this season upon request and for an additional fee, contingent upon weather conditions. Please note that from October 16th to April 30th, the suite rates do not include access to the terrace and hot tub. Complimentary cleaning services are available every three days upon request, excluding public holidays and Sundays. Towels can be replaced every three days, and bed linens are changed weekly. During the high season, which begins on April 1st each year, the road in front of the apartment is closed in the afternoons starting at 7:30 PM and transforms into a lively pedestrian street. This vibrant area is home to several well-known restaurants, cafes, and bars, making it an ideal spot for those who enjoy entertainment and nightlife, as it is the part of town that never sleeps. Please keep in mind that if you are seeking a quiet and secluded location for your summer holiday, this may not be the right choice for you. Please note that our prime location puts you in the midst of the bustling activity, which may result in some noise. We appreciate your understanding and hope this lively ambiance adds to your overall experience Parking in the area is prohibited, and both residents and tourists often find parking challenging. While we do not have a designated parking spot nearby, we can attempt to arrange parking for you, subject to availability. The beach area in front of the apartment is located within the old town of Rethymnon, allowing easy access to additional attractions within just a few minutes’ walk, eliminating the need for transportation. Various shops and essential services are also within walking distance. Guests in the top-floor apartment can enjoy views of the historic Fortezza fortress from their terrace. To the left lies the picturesque Venetian port, offering stunning vistas from both apartments. It is worth noting that the beach area directly in front of the property is not recommended for swimming due to its proximity to the port, but it is perfect for leisurely morning and afternoon strolls. The famed long sandy beach is just 450 meters away, and several beach cafes nearby offer complimentary sunbeds with the purchase of coffee. For those interested in water sports, various professional options are available in the vicinity as well.
