LOC - THE LAND OF CORFU HOSPITALITY What does LOC mean? Our goal is to invite our visitors to experience the traditional and urban everyday life in the town of Corfu by creating a chain of renovated and fully equipped flats in the most valuable and outstanding neighborhoods of the city, Campiello and Annunziata. Both of them are the most characteristic areas of Old Town of Corfu, where locals come and go all day long either for work or leisure, to enjoy a long coffer hour with some friends or chit chat with family over dinner to local restaurants. During summer season guests from all over the world tend to mix things up so to offer the beautiful multicultural highlight of our city. We do love to welcome guests to our way of living, show them our favorite spots and create new experiences while we make some new friends. Our Vision is to create a local network of professionals who welcome travelers in Corfu and facilitate a most comfortable and memorable guest experience. Known for our rich temperament, social skills and hospitality, locals, shopkeepers and restaurateurs work together to ensure that every guest enjoys the must-see’s and must-do’s of Corfu town. The VENETIAN WELL House Venetian Well House is located in the ideal spot where you can feel the real rhythm of the old town, very close to charming restaurants, cafes, bars, shops with traditional products, as well as daily necessities markets, food stores, pharmacies, etc. It is the perfect place to accommodate large groups of up to 5 people or for visitors coming to the island for events such as weddings, baptisms, yoga events, marathons, cycling races, and various cultural or sports events. The VENETIAN WELL House House is also suitable for long-term rentals and for travelers who want to experience the quality of the cosmopolitan life of Corfu throughout the year. It is ideal for nomadic professionals seeking accommodation that provides the right conditions to work peacefully and enjoy the rhythm of the island.

The Campiello It is the oldest neighborhood in the city of Corfu, built in the architectural style of 15th-century Naples, Italy. The narrow streets (kantounia) of the neighborhood are filled with Orthodox churches adapted to the architecture of the old town, such as the Church of Saint Spyridon with its beautiful tall bell tower, the Church of Saint Theodora, which is the metropolitan church, and the sacred Temple of Kyra Antivouniotissa, a part of the Byzantine Museum. The picturesque Church of Saint Nicholas Geronton (Devekia) is also located right next to VENETIAN WELL House. From the central Spianada Square and Liston, you encounter the Palace of Michael and George. Continuing your journey, you enter the pedestrian street of Saint Spyridon, the most famous traditional street in the old town. Here, you find the Church of Saint Spyridon with its beautiful tall bell tower. A few meters away, turning right, you come across one of the most beautiful staircases on the island with charming traditional restaurants and lovely shops offering traditional items. Ascending these wide picturesque stairs, on the left, you encounter the courtyard of the Church of Saint Nicholas Devekia. At the end of this staircase is The VENETIAN WELL House House, right in the heart of the old town. Within a ten-minute walk, you can reach the city's beaches with picturesque beach bars. From this point, you can easily explore and get to know the rest of the island.
