Villa Asigonia is a stone built villa with wooden ceilings. The 2-storey villa consists of a living room which is spacious with a stone arch separating it from the fully equipped kitchen with all modern appliances and a dining area. In the living room there is a working fireplace. The hallway leads to the bedrooms. There is a master bedroom which has a King size double bed with a private en suite bathroom and a shower cabin. The second bedroom has 2 single beds 0,96x2,00cm that can be joined together to form a king size double bed width 1,92 cm. Also in the hallway there is a master bathroom which is stone built with a bath tub. So downstairs there are total 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms One bedroom has a private ensuite bathroom. Additionaly in the hallway there is a room for the laundry with a washing machine. All the rooms on the ground floor lead to the swimming pool area. In the upper floor is the second house where there is a living room. There is a second fully equipped kitchen. Next to the kitchen is the first bedroom with 2 single beds. In the Living room are 2 couches for 2 guests to sleep.

The hallway leads to the other bedrooms the second bedroom has a King size bed. The third bedroom has a private en suite bathroom with two single beds 0,96x2,00 which can be joined together to form a King size double bed width 1,92cm. The fourth bedroom has two single beds 0,96x2,00 which can be joined together to form a King Size double bed Also in the hallway there is a second master bathroom. So upstairs there are total 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. One bedroom has a private ensuite bathroom. In the bedrooms that have single beds can all be converted into a King size double bed So a upstairs are 4 Bedrooms. So a review of the villa's layout is the following: There are 2 living rooms, 2 kitchens, 2 dining areas, 4 bathrooms, 6 bedrooms (2 bedrooms have their private bathroom). All the rooms have their own balcony with breathtaking views of the surrounding nature with amazing mountain views. All the rooms upstairs and downstairs have mountain and pool views. The furniture are all handmade from wood, marble matching with the traditional decoration. In the oudoor area there are spacious gardens with lawns and trees for shade. In the front area of the private plot is an outdoor jacuzzi spa for 6 people to sit in, an infinity swimming pool 40 sqm and a children's pool. The swimming pools can be heated upon request with an additional cost. After the pool heating the pools water temperature will be 26 Celcious. The swimming pool is infinity which is specially designed to give the impression of merging with the horizon. The infinity pool water falls as a waterfall on the edge of the pool. Around the swimming pool area are sunbeds and umbrelles. There also is a barbecue with charcoal and a sink and a pergola in order to have shade while grilling and a table for you to dine outside enjoying the spectacular views. Because of the privileged of the swimming pools and the outdoor jacuzzi pool there is sun all day long from sunrise to sunset in the pool area.

Furthermore there are lots of sitting spots for you to admire different views. For our small guests entertainment there is a Playground covered with lawn. With spacious outdoor area for children to play. We have a 2-seater swing set for a baby & older children. Also there is a playhouse and a table with chairs for our small guests. Also a roker horse for babies. Downstairs inside and outside areas are all accessible by wheelchair. As there are ramps for a wheelchair We have a chapel and take over your marriage with a wedding planner. A stone built water fountain matching with the enviroment. The whole outdoor area is fenced and has a private entrance offering privacy to our guests. So in our private fully fenced plot you can enjoy totally privacy. In our spacious private grounds there is parking area for 4 cars. The view from the villa is panoramic with 360 degree views. When the sunset behind the mountain tops the sun rays make a magnificent scenary. The villa is surrounded with amazing mountain views with high altitude mountain peaks and a beautiful green valley. The photos can't even show all the beauty of the mountains, you have to experience it! The villa and setting is so much better than the photos could ever show. So it is a pleasant surprise for my guests on the arrival day. In Asigonia village you can discover hiking and cycling trails. All the beauty of nature passes in front of your very eyes.
