Villa Dante 162, is one of the approximately 170 apartments of the "Menigos" Resort, built on the slope of a hill, which due to its position at the top, offers a wonderful view and guests can reach in just 5 minutes the golden sandy beach of Glyfada through a combination of paths and stairs, a descent of about 50 meters. The Home is a semi-detached apartment overlooking both the mountain behind and ahead the sea, as far as the eye can see. The house is situated among other properties that format a neighborhood so, common areas might be shared and noise might occur as other people will share the staircases, paths and corridor areas of the Resort.
