Dodici Luxury VillaI is a newly built two-storey house 500 m² with a pool of 40m² (can be heated upon request for an extra charge), just a few meters from the sea, able to accommodate up to 14 people. It is located in the seaside village of Panormo, a picturesque fishing village, 21 km from the city of Rethymnon. Dodici Luxury Villa is designed to comfortably accommodate up to 14 people. It has 6 bedrooms, with double beds measuring 2x 1.60 and 1 single bed measuring 90 X 2 m. All bedrooms have their own bathroom with shower, 32-inch Tv with satellite channels and Netflix, air condition, wardrobe and mirror, beautiful and comfortable decoration designed to relax you. On the ground floor of the house the guest will find 2 bedrooms with double beds and private bathroom, air condition, Tv and sea and pool views. On the ground floor there is also a large open space with living room, dining room, kitchen and a separate laundry room. The living room is equipped with comfortable sofas, a 60-inch Tv with satellite channels and Netflix connection, a fireplace and stunning views of the pool, garden and sea. - Εvents are allowed upon request for up to 100 guests with additional charges. - The pool can be heated on request for extra charge 50euro per day and it requires at least one-week's advance notice. - The house may accommodate one pet up to 10 kg. - Dangerous breed dogs are not allowed. An environmental fee (15 euro per night from March–October, 4 euro per night from November–February) applies by law. This fee is not included in your booking total and will be collected separately upon arrival. The balcony, around the ground floor, has direct access to the pool and the garden, a comfortable outdoor lounge and wonderful sea views. On the first floor the guest will find 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom is 35 sqm with 1 double and 1 single bed, its own bathroom fully equipped with shower, desk, 32-inch TV with satellite channels and NETFLIX connection, air condition and balcony overlooking the sea and pool. The other two bedrooms are equipped with double beds and bathroom, TV, air condition and balcony with stunning sea and pool views. In the basement of the house you can spend endless hours relaxing with your family or friends, as it has a pool table, fitness equipment, 60-inch TV and a mini bar. On this level there is one more bedroom, with 1 double bed, air conditioning and separate bathroom.
