"Villa Elia" complex, established in 1979, consists of three wings: Villa Elia, Alselia and Castelia. It provides modern, self-contained and perfectly furnished studios and one bedroom apartments with fully eqquipped kitchen, W.C., telephone, T.V. and air condition. Some suites are also provided for an advanced sence and experience of luxury and elegance. It offers a comfortable, well-tended, all green open space of 12.000 m2 with swimming pool (for adults and for children with hydro - massage), Snack Bar, where breakfast can be served, playground, basketball-, volleyball-, tennis court, table - tennis, secure, private and roofed parking lots, exclusive for every apartment.

Aghios Ioannis is a peaceful place in northern Lefkas. It’s a laid-back place spread across idyllic green plains. To the north it’s bordered by the wide Gyra Lagoon, and to the west by a long sand-and-shingle beach dotted with 18th-century windmills. You’ll find authentic Greek tavernas and bars in Lefkas Town, which is just 5 minutes away on the other side of the lagoon.
