Villa Fedra is located in Katelios on the Greek island of Kefalonia. This vacation rental property is air-conditioned and sleeps up to 5 people with 2 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms along with private swimming pool. The property is walking distance to the beach and restaurants. The front door opens into the comfortable living area which has a balcony overlooking the pool. Each floor is connected by a central staircase. There are 2 bedrooms (1 double and 1 twin) and a sofa bed in the dining area for a 5th person if required. The villa has 3 bathrooms and a laundry room. The large kitchen and dining area has access directly to the pool terrace. As per BeachVillas’s Terms and Conditions, all groups of travellers under the age of 25 years are required to pay the Refundable Security Deposit (RSD). The RSD is 150 EUR per person, and covers each traveller provide against damages and breakages. In case of any damages or breakages, BeachVillas will have the right to use the sufficient amount to cover the costs of replacements and repairs. Providing nothing is broken the full amount is refunded to the traveller after their departure.
