Villa Filia is a complex of 5 separate maisonettes, three of them with private swimming pool. The villas are in excellent condition in the area of Almyros, built on a green plot of 5,000 square meters, less than 200 meters from the beach. Each Villa is 60 sq.m, is fully furnished and it consists of a living room, a fully equipped kitchen with laundry machine as well, the master bedroom and the bathroom/ WC on the ground floor. On the first floor is the second bedroom and a veranda with view to the sea. All Villas have their own verandas, private garden, parking space and bbq. I'm Akis. a midle age Greek man. I am involved with tourism many years and i am running this property for 12 years. First with some wellknown tour operators and some years now by my own. Αlmyros beach, is one of the most beautiful and unspoilt areas by the north of Corfu Island. Is a 2.5 km long, peaceful sandy beach with clear blue water, 2 klm away from Acharavi resort. At the right ends of Almyros by walking distance, is the Agia Aikaterini cape with the picturesque lake “Antinioti” which is protected by the E.U. “Natura program”. Over there, you can find some small, beautiful, sandy or rocky, privet seasides for an unforgettable sea experience. A daylong visit can be also the “Hydropolis” water park with swimming pools, water slices, rest areas, bars-restaurant and others, 2 km in the way to Acharavi.
