Hello! My name is Panagiota, but my loved ones and friends call me Giota. I was born in Crete, moved to Germany, and returned to my hometown when I was 19. It was there that I met my husband, and we had our two wonderful children. Now, we help them raise their children. I enjoy the summer, but I prefer the winter. I love a good Saturday, but I prefer a family Sunday. I have a passion for cooking, as good food not only fills the stomach but also nourishes the soul. (Good food brings us together and warms our hearts.) This house is where I lived with my family for many years until my children grew up and started their own lives. We shared many wonderful moments and created sweet memories here. That’s why my family decided to name it after me. In a quiet and safe neighborhood, Nea Chora, which is just 2.5 km from the city center you will definitely enjoy your stay. The sea is just 200m from the villa and in the surrounding area you will find everything you need. Traditional taverns and fish taverns, cafes, mini markets, supermarkets, patisseries, ATMs, banks, pharmacies, etc. The way from Nea Chora to the city center, a coastal route which you can walk on, is a very beautiful route that will take you either to the center or to the Old Venetian Port of Chania. As well as a visit to Agios Apostolos, with many coves, organized beaches with beach bars and a large park for a walk is a pole of attraction for the locals and not only.
