Tucked away in the peaceful village of Pithari, Istros Villas invite guests to slow down and savour life’s simple pleasures, with sweeping views over the Cretan Sea. Each Villa complete with a Private Pool, Heated indoor Spa Whirlpool, 2 Bedrooms & 2 Bathrooms and elegantly relaxed interiors, this endless blue escape is perfect for couples, friends, or small families seeking serenity with a scenic backdrop. A true haven of barefoot luxury, moments from Loutraki and Marathi’s turquoise shores. Each Villa accommodating up to 4 guests in real beds (plus one guest in the sofa bed of the living room ). The maximum capacity of each Villa is 5 guests.
 *Istros Villas is a three-villa complex, each offering complete privacy with separate entrances, pools, and individual facilities.

 Kindly note that some areas may be overlooked due to the design of the complex. Istros Villa I is located in the front line and offers impeccable SeaViews & wonderful surroundings. Istros Villa II is located in the second line, offering SeaView, overlooking the building of Istros Villa I. External Living | Private Pool, BBQ & Outdoor Dining Each Villa offers a 300m² outdoor space , thoughtfully arranged to celebrate Crete’s sun-drenched climate and open sea vistas. A private swimming pool (non-heated, 1.50m depth) with hydromassage facilities in the shallow end invites hours of relaxation under the sun, surrounded by comfortable loungers. A shaded dining area with a charcoal BBQ creates the ideal setting for sunset dinners and morning brunches.
