Through a journey that started in 2001, Oreo Travel was founded by Stratos Beretis, an experienced member of the Greek Tourism Industry, a Graduate of the Department of Economics of the University of Crete, and a Master's Degree Holder in Tourism Business Management. Having passed through several management positions, he was won over by the occupation with tailor-made tourism services, especially in inbound tourism in villas, independent properties, country houses and small holiday rental units. Oreo Travel started as a representative of global tour operators and continues to this day with an ever-growing network of partners and properties in Crete, Peloponnese and Athens, in line with the new promotional and managing methods. Our goal at Oreo Travel is to promote the properties we partner with in the best way possible, by solely operating as a booking agent on behalf of our partner-property owners, whom we advise and guide in providing high standards of hospitality for their guests, in accordance with the regulations and the laws that govern the accommodation industry. Furthermore, we are constantly available for our guests to answer questions, solve potential problems that may arise while booking or staying in and to recommend services that may be needed to facilitate their stay and maximize their travel experience (car rental, transportation, tours, excursions and concierge services). Nestled in the picturesque area of Palaiokastro, Villa Paris is a beautifully appointed three-bedroom retreat ideal for up to six guests. Spanning 200 sqm, the villa offers a fully equipped, comfortable setting with wonderful views of the surrounding hills and the sea. Just a short drive from Heraklion, the capital of Crete, it combines peaceful village charm with easy access to the local beach and taverns, located within a fifteen-minute walk. Heraklion International Airport is only 18 km away, making the villa an excellent base for exploring the island. Upon entering the ground floor, guests are welcomed into a bright open-plan living space. The cozy living room features a comfortable seating area with a TV and a dining table for six, while the modern, fully equipped kitchen includes an electric stove, refrigerator, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, and all necessary utensils for preparing meals. Large sliding doors open to the spacious veranda with an outdoor dining table, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor flow. A WC is also available on this level. Upstairs, the first floor hosts a master bedroom with a king-size bed, en-suite shower/WC, and a private balcony with lovely views. Two additional twin bedrooms, each with access to a balcony, share a shower/WC. All bedrooms include air conditioning and a TV. At the lower level, guests will find a spacious room with a small gym and an extra shower/WC. The outdoor area of Villa Paris is ideal for relaxation. The private 21 sqm pool (1.50 m deep) is the highlight of the terrace, complemented by sun loungers, umbrellas, and a barbecue area. An outdoor dining table for six invites you to enjoy meals under the Cretan sky. A gated entrance and on-site parking ensure privacy and convenience throughout your stay.
