The property is attractively and conveniently located close to all amenities, but is also removed from the hustle-and-bustle of tourists who flood nearby areas during the summer, in the resort of Pefkohori. Enjoy relaxed family moments from the warm and inviting living spaces, with high-class country style design and furnishings throughout. You will be treated with breath-taking views, open plan living spaces and a fully furnished villa; everything you need for a relaxing and quality break.
Hello! I am a Greek living in Sweden, who likes to gain & provide positive experiences though tourism. I travel across Europe, to see wonderful places, meeting new people and learn about their cultures, their languages, and dances. Also, I am a host for my family’s home in the resort of Halkidiki in Greece. This is an elegant & warm place found amongst the most beautiful coastline. We always make sure that guests have a lovely holiday!
The villa is situated in a quiet and friendly neighborhood, just 1km from the heart of the village. You will be close to all amenities but away from the noise - allowing homely and private moments. Enjoy the lush nature surrounding the property or the visit the local tropical-themed beach bar, "Elephant" which is just a stones-throw away! The property is extremely well connected to the city of Thessaloniki. It is located on the main road, so it can be found very easily. The bus stop is just 1km away. Upon your arrival, we will be there to welcome you, hand over the keys and are happy to show you around. Throughout your stay we are both available on mobile or local phone and are happy to help out however we can. Please keep in mind to respect quiet hours 15:00-17:30, and 23:00-07:00.
