Our villa is located in Platanitis of Maronia. The house is 3 km away from the ancien tvillage of Maronia and 35 km away from the International Airport "Democritus" of Alexandroupolis. Several beach bars and traditional taverns are found 500 m away.The house is 110 square meters and it has a garden with grass, full of flowers and trees. The garden is 2.000 square meters and there is also a barbeque construction in the garden, where you can grill any time. Our villa features free wi-fi and A/C, a terrace with outdoor furniture, sun beds, a fully equipped kitchen with dining area,one bathroom, two living rooms with sofa beds , two bedrooms with double beds and private parking space. Our villa can accommodate more than 4-7 persons. It is exactly next to the beach, which is known for its natural beauty but mainly for its cleanness. The beach is 20 meters away from the house and it is very easily accessible from the path of our plot, that guides you directly to your private beach.
Spend your holidays swimming at the beach located in front of our house with stunning view to the islands of Samothraki and Thassos and the Aegean Sea.
