Villa Staras is a dream house 270sq.m, has 4 bathrooms, 5 bedrooms, can accommodate up to 15 people, private heated pool, jacuzzi, mini football courts, basketball, tennis and beach volleyball, summer cinema, BBQ, 700 sea, in the traditional village of Gerani, which is only 6 km from the center of Rethymnon. The impressive view of the house to the sea, the vast olive grove and the gorge will take your breath away and will satisfy all your senses. An environmental fee (15 euro per night from March–October, 4 euro per night from November–February) applies by law. This fee is not included in your booking total and will be collected separately upon arrival. Quiet Hours: Summer (Apr 1 – Sep 30): 15:00–17:30 & 23:00–07:00 Winter (Oct 1 – Mar 31): 15:30–17:30 & 22:00–07:30 Please be informed that the pool heating is not included in the price it will be turned-on on request with and extra charge of 60euro per day, the villa will be operational from April 1st to November 30th

The house is only 700 m from the sea, at 50 m there is a bus stop with frequent services to and from Rethymnon. The center of the village is located at 600 m, there you will find shops to get what you need. There are supermarkets, pharmacy, bakery, patisserie, cafes, taverns, A.T.M, music theater. There is an automatic defibrillator just outside the oven. Do not forget to visit the tavern Staras Food, which also belongs to the homeowners, to taste genuine Cretan traditional recipes that will excite you. The area around the house is suitable for hiking in nature safely. Villa Staras has the affordable luxury that everyone needs on their vacation.
