Welcome! I am Theano, mother of 2 girls and this is our beloved family home. I love our island, it's nature, the family and spending time with friends over a meal. It is my pleasure to meet and host people from all over the world in our small, traditional Kefalonian village and is trully fullfilling for me to know that visitors have beautiful moments of relaxation and tranquility and create memories of joy and rest thanks to us and our house. Spacious family home, very airy & bright, into the Kefalonian nature, offering amazing view all over! Plenty of outdoor spaces available and fully equipped for comfortable & quality time on the outside! This is a traditional Kefalonian property of 180 sq.m., just 8 minutes outside of Lixouri, Kefalonia. It offers panoramic mountain and sea views from all its balconies all around and it has a large, well-kept stone yard with BBQ, outdoor dining and seating furniture. It is located in the location of "Mandoukata", a semi-mountainous village that offers tranquility. Enjoy the unique combination of the green Kefalonian mountains and the blue horizon of the sea and the sky! The nearest beaches are just a 20 minutes drive away! The house spaces in detail are the following: 3 bedrooms, 1 living room, 1 small couch room, dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms and in addition 2 large dining rooms outside & a lounge area at the entrance. The exterior of the house is very well cared for and furnished, so that visitors can fully enjoy the natural landscape that surrounds it. Also available: Treadmill and Exercise Bike, Parking Space, free WI-FI and tourist guides for the best places around to visit. Most rooms of the house have ceiling fans, while 2 of the 3 bedrooms also have air-conditioning. On arrival, essential toiletries & bath towels, sheets & bed linen are additionally provided, as well as coffee essentials and some local farm products for the welcoming.

The location "Mantoukata" where the house is located is a semi-mountainous village, easily accessible by car and only 6 km from the town of Lixouri in Kefalonia. The road network is good. You will enjoy the peace and the natural landscape, which combines mountain and sea view. Authentic Kefalonian nature and beauty is all around. There is no public transport to serve the area, nor shops in the village, so a car is essential to move around. Mini Market & Restaurants are available in the neighboring villages, and of course in the town, at a few minute driving distance. In the home you will find a guide with suggestions and instructions for all those places you may wanna visit. There are several beaches around, with the closest ones in 20-minute drive away. "Petanoi" beach is the top one among them, as its blue-green waters and white pebbles makes it similar to the most famous beach of our island, the well-known "Myrtos".
