A small hospitable comfortable appartement. Very near to the sea (around 50m from the beach that has beach-bars and facilities). Ideal for all seasons vacation to visit, also very near to the El. Venizelos airport and to the Rafina's port. There is bus station near to the neighborhood that connect with the metro that going to Athens city. Children and pets are welcome after informing us about the appropriate preparation of the apartment. The appartment has one double bed for couples and a couch that becames a single bed for an extra visitor or a child. We also provide a baby playpen if needed.

We are a hospitable, very communicative couple who like to meet people from different countries & cultures. We are both photographers and in the apartment you will see images from several and different places of Greece photographed by us. We are also parents and we own pets.

The neighborhood called Agios Nicolas of Artemis, because of a small church with the same name that is very near. Ideal place for lovers of windsurfing, kitesurfing and other water sports (there are equipment rental shops very close to the accommodation). There are also points of archaeological interest nearby, (such as Temple of the Goddess Artemis & Archaeological Museum of Bravrona). There are a multitude of restaurants, traditional taverns, cafes, beach bars and night clubs in the area, some very close (walking distance) and others further away (you need a vehicle, car or bicycle). So someone can have fun or entertainment all day depending of its needs.
