The first floor includes a cozy air-conditioned bedroom with a double bed, a bright living room with a second air-conditioning unit, and an open-plan kitchen equipped with an oven, fridge, toaster, essential cookware, and a Nespresso capsule machine. A modern bathroom with a walk-in shower completes this level. Upstairs, an open loft-style bedroom with two single beds and an additional WC provides flexible sleeping arrangements, along with a third air-conditioning unit. Internet reaches speeds up to 24 Mbps, and hot water is supplied through an electric boiler that typically needs 15–20 minutes to heat once the switch in the electrical panel is turned on. The apartment is easy to find with the provided instructions, located on a regular street with available street parking nearby.
