The exclusive Villa flaunts magnificent sea views & offers a wealth of inspiration to enjoy between sea and mountains, blissfully set on the famous Bali resort and just some steps away from the beach, beach bars, shops & restaurants. ViveVerde Villa consists of three separate & independent residences which are rent together as one, ideal for unique group gatherings, which can comfortably accommodate up to 29 guests. Enjoy a refreshing dip in one of the three private pools which will be at your exclusive disposal: 
-60m² Private Heated (with extra fee) Swimming Pool
 -22m² Private Heated (with extra fee) Swimming Pool- also embellished with a children’s pool compartment (0,50 meters deep) -15m² Private Swimming Pool Outdoor Pool Heating Policy: 
- Pool Temperature | The two swimming pools (60m² & 22m² with the children’s compartment) can be heated during the day and heating temperature could vary up to 26°C subject to the outdoor weather conditions.
- Preferred Months | Pool heating is typically used during the months March - Mid June & October, November. - Advance Notice | 4 days’ notice prior arrival is mandatory for the pool to reach the optimal temperature.
- Additional Fees | For 60m² pool is 70euros per day & for the 22m² pool is 35euros per day. -Booking Duration | Pool heating is exclusively bookable for the entire stay, at the cumulative cost as outlined above. Air-conditioning in all areas is included & serves for heating purposes also Pools operate seasonally (end of March - middle of November) Daily Housekeeping is included (vacuuming, moping, dusting, cleaning of bathrooms & kitchen) Towels and linen changes every 4 days. Events may be allowed upon request- Prior notice, extra fees, event contract required Climate Resilience Fee Currently not applicable, but any applicable law during your stay will apply. If introduced, it must be paid at check-in.

Location Overview ViveVerde Villa is located in the picturesque Bali village, which was a small fishing village, but over the years has become a charming touring village, overlooking the little fishing harbour and the sea. It is a very attractive and romantic place, combining sea and mountains. Life is easy going enjoying the sun and the clear calm sea at a number of sandy and shingly beaches. Bali is a modern seaside resort, which offers a large choice of taverns, restaurants, a bakery, an ATM machine, super markets, a butchery and cheese shop, as well as a wide variety of little shops, diving school, bars and discos.  It is an ideal destination for family and romantic holidays. Bali has four beaches, which are formed in sandy coves with nice greenish waters. The beaches are almost always calm, since the direction of Bali is western. They all are suitable for children and well organised. Moreover, buses from Heraklion and Rethymnon run to Bali.  Furthermore, from the local harbour, excursion boats run daily to Rethymnon.
