This is a unique Green property running on solar power, a must for nature lovers,fishing,diving,snorkeling enthusiasts as it provides numerous sea caves to explore by the property. The Property is on the beach .Fishing and snorkelling gear is provided. As a green smart house aircon is not necessary as its placed in an area where the sea breeze is cool enough dropping the temperature by 10 degrees at night and a blanket is needed in July /August.
