This house is a newly renovated home close to Agat Marina, decorated in relaxing neutral colors with lots of natural light. You can watch the sun and later the moon set into the ocean. it is a large private property with a secluded garden at the back. The living room and front bedrooms have ocean views and modern reflective silicon ceilings.
There are BBQ facilities on site, as well as a double kayak, two stand up paddle boards, snorkels and life jackets.
This accommodation is just a 3 minute walk form Agat Marina, convenient for indoor outdoor eating options and boat tours.
The owner also runs a highly rated small private boat tour company so bookings can be made through messaging or checking Guam Private Boat Trips online
