The space This New Beach Front Home has two separate living levels: -Casa De Arte, Roatan: The upstairs living area has two bedrooms, a bathroom with tub/shower-vanity, a fully equipped kitchen, a huge living area, and a laundry room that accommodates up to 4 adults, with everything you need to feel at home during your visit. The master bedroom expansive glass door provides a breathtaking view of the ocean that is furnished with a King-sized bed. The second bedroom is furnished with a Queen-sized bed. Our open concept kitchen living area features local hardwood countertops and kitchen Island with modern appliances. The living area has a 56” 4K HD TV with apps such as Spotify and Netflix. Every room is also well furnished with paintings and artwork. -Casa De Playa is a lower living area ( open soon for short and long term rental) Guest access -Free Parking on the side road -Private beach with the fire pit Other things to note A highlight of the house is the large deck covered ( about 800 Square feet, 35 feet front the ground with the best view of Camp Bay). Perfect to relax and unwind as you enjoy stunning views and listen to the ocean breeze harmonies with the sound of nature Important information about the area: Our property is on a beautiful island, surrounded by nature. We love the local wildlife, but we recommend bringing some insect repellent or protection to stay comfortable.
