Set next to the pedestrian bridge leading to the Zadar's Old Town, Accommodation Iva offers modern-style rooms and studios with air conditioning and free Wi-Fi. The Roman Forum is only a 10-minute walk away. Elegantly decorated in bright tones, all units comprise a flat-screen cable TV, fridge and a tea/coffee making facilities. Featuring a shower, modern bathrooms include a hairdryer, slippers and free toiletries. The studio also include a fully equipped kitchen. Some units offer sea views. A café, bakery, ATM and car rental service are located next to the property. The nearest grocery shop is just steps away, while restaurants can be found within 150 metres from the Iva Accommodation. In the centre of Zadar guest can also visit the well-known Greeting to the Sun and the Sea Organ, as well as the historic St.Donatus’ church. The Ferry Port with links to nearby islands is located just across the bridge where boat excursions to National Park Kornati Islands can be arranged. Zadar Airport is 12 km away. Shuttle service can be organised at a surcharge.

Hello dear guests. As you allready decide to come to Croatia for your holiday i suggest to come in Zadar. There is a lot of things to see and also to do! I will give you my personal sugestions for everything you want to know and visit. I am a local guy and i know what is the best for you because there is a lot of amazing things in this area wich are not described in any guide or book made for tourist. I am sure you will enjoy in every second of your holiday! Sunčani pozdrav iz Zadra! :-)

The facility is located near the old town which can be seen from the windows, the old town is connected by a bridge so that all the important institutions, museums and restaurants are very close. The apartments are newly renovated and designed as hotel accommodation. Come and visit our beautiful city, I'm sure you will enjoy your vacation!

Old town is full of everything! If you get bbored from exploring the city you can always go to the islands and take a rest in one of the most beautiful beach in the world. The name of the beach is SAHARUN' on the island wich calls DUGI OTOK (try on google) or you can chose from several National Parks like PLITVICE LAKES or KRKA wich are just few hours away from apartment. Of course, I will give you much more information and best deal for trips without agency commission if you're going to be my guests!
